Job Description
CHD is seeking strong clinical professionals for the ACCS program in Holyoke, MA. Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams supporting Persons (age 18+) in a community based behavioral health program.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist)
- Three to five years of experience in a mental health treatment program
