Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking dependable Direct Care Staff in the Springfield, MA area and surrounding towns. The role involves working in a supportive residential environment for developmentally disabled adults and requires flexibility to work a 2nd shift schedule, 3pm-11pm, including weekends.
Requirements
- Ability to complete medication administration training
- Previous experience working with individuals with dementia or behavioral complexities
- All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process
- Must have a vehicle for work use and current driver's license
- Current First Aid, CPR and MAP certification preferred
