Job Description
Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Senior Direct Care professionals for a new Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR) program. The program provides long-term support for male adolescents (5-13 years of age) and requires a Senior Direct Care to assist with oversight of shifts, maintain a structured environment, and ensure effective delivery of behavioral health treatment.
Requirements
- Experience working with the population served
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a High School diploma with equivalent experience
- Driver's license required
- Legally registered & insured car for work use
- Experience working with youth and their families
- Experience in community child welfare and mental health programming
- Previous supervisor experience
