Senior Direct Care

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Senior Direct Care Staff to work within our residential group homes in the Springfield, MA and surrounding towns of Western Mass.

Requirements

• Must hold active MAP certification.
• All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process.
• Must have a vehicle for work use and current driver's license
• Associate degree in human services from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience with developmentally disabled adults.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
