Partner Engineering

We're building a team to help payroll businesses launch, grow, and thrive. As a Partner Engineer, you'll serve as a technical and strategic advisor to prospective and existing partners, helping them evaluate, integrate, and optimize their payroll solutions.

Requirements

• 4 years+ of demonstrated success driving business outcomes in customer-centric roles
• Experience in customer-facing engineering role
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
