Partner Engineering

Check is looking for a Partner Engineer to join their team. The Partner Engineer will serve as a technical and strategic advisor to prospective and existing partners, helping them evaluate, integrate, and optimize their payroll solutions. The role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving open-ended business problems with technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated success driving business outcomes in customer-centric roles
• Experience in a customer-facing engineering role, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages
• Experience in full-stack development and software architecture, with a deep understanding of system integrations
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and technical infrastructures
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling challenges
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs
