Job Description
As our next IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll play a key role in making that happen. From ensuring our cloud infrastructure is rock-solid to making sure every new starter's laptop is ready to go from minute one, your work will help us move forward, one job at a time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in an infrastructure or systems engineering role.
- Deep expertise with Windows Server administration including AD DS, GPO, DNS, & DHCP.
- Proven experience managing Azure workloads including IaaS, Azure AD / Entra ID, and associated security controls.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in an enterprise environment.
- Experience administering Google Workspace at an organisational level.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls).
- Strong communicator able to translate technical constraints into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
