Operations Associate (Bookings)

As our next Operations Associate (Bookings Team), you’ll play a key role in helping us build the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace.

Requirements

• Background in consulting, tech, or startups are helpful but not essential
• Strong critical thinking and a genuine interest in solving complex problems
• Comfortable working with data. Excel/Google Sheets is required, and experience with BI tools is a plus
• An AI-curious mindset. You’re interested in using automation and AI tools to work faster and have more impact
• Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
