Operations Associate (Checkatrade Express)

As an Operations Associate, you'll work on Checkatrade Express, a high-growth part of the business focused on making it easier for customers to book everyday home services. You'll be responsible for owning key areas of supply health, building frameworks and processes, and working across product, data, and operations to turn ideas into live features and improvements on the platform.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data (Excel essential, BI tools a bonus)
• Proactive mindset - you ask questions, spot opportunities and take ownership
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Early experience (or strong interest) in consulting, tech, startups or similar high-performance environments
• Interest in using AI and automation to work smarter and scale your output
• Ambition, drive and a willingness to get stuck in and learn quickly
