Job Description
As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of business, collaborating with other teams as an expert on the market, and improving customer experience and ensuring profitability on property assets for landlords.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of sales experience
- Proven results in achieving or exceeding targets
- Advanced sales techniques
- CRM and tools mastery
- Analysis and reporting ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong client orientation
- Mastery of negotiation and objection management
- Leadership, resilience, organization, and proactivity
- Confirmed experience in cold prospecting and developing new commercial opportunities
- Mastery of French and English
- Availability for frequent travel
- Deep understanding of the real estate sector
