We are looking for a RN Care Case Manager to provide high-quality care to older adults in their homes. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and drive.

Requirements

• Upbeat Personality
• Active California RN License
• Master in Nursing (preferred)
• Industry Experience (preferred)
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to multitask, drive, take action
• Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
• Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Cell phone with Internet Access
• Proof of Negative TB results
• Willing to Work One Weekend a Month as Back-Up On Call
