Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor on the A shift in the Injection Molding Department, you will be responsible for providing direction to the team, efficiently deploying personnel, and participating in process improvements. You will also be expected to effectively communicate with your team and other shifts, and maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
