Job Description
As the Engineering Manager Frontend Web at Cheerz, you will be responsible for a team of web developers and a member of the Product Trio within a squad, working closely with Product Managers and Product Designers. You will ensure software quality and evolutivity of your expertise platform, facilitate the adoption of good practices, and collaborate with Staff Engineers and the CTO to co-build the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams of developers
- Demonstrated ability to develop talents and accompany the professional careers of colleagues
- Solid background in web development with mastery of at least one technical platform, specifically React
- Understanding of architecture, software quality, and scalability
- Knowledge of good development practices, particularly around CI/CD, testing, and code review
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility of projects and challenge architectural choices
