Business Development Representative -- Data Centers

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist – Data Centers to join our team at Chemelex, a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving adoption of innovative technologies such as liquid cooling and advanced thermal management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within data center or mission-critical infrastructure markets
• Familiarity with technologies such as liquid cooling, thermal management, or leak detection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
