Requirements

• Design, develop and maintain best-practice, scalable and efficient CPQ models
• Working with business users to understand business requirement and then translate those requirements or high-level user stories into detailed user stories / technical solutions for model development or CPQ parametrization
• Responsible for maintaining complex CPQ models from development through the entire lifecycle
• Responsible for setting up communication between CPQ and CPI, CPQ and Salesforce and other such integration
• Responsible for managing change control of the CPQ models and executing updates in a timely manner
• Provide assistance to CPQ users by answering questions, resolving technical problems escalating issues that cannot be solved to other departments or the CPQ vendor
• Make recommendations based on own findings or user feedback regarding the implementation of new CPQ initiatives and platform enhancements
• Prepare documentation and provide user training
