- 5+ years of direct industry experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Math Skills: Proficient in production math and analytical reporting.
- Technical: Proven troubleshooting skills with filling, heat tunnel, and packout equipment.
- Forklift Certification (Sit-down/Stand-up) is a significant plus.
