Chemical Manufacturing Production Manager, Bilingual (Spanish)

Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is looking for a Production Manager for our Sun Coatings plant in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will lead shop floor plant operations, monitor quality, and provide input into product scheduling and staffing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing and engineering preferred
• 5-10+ years of experience in the specialty chemical/paint industry
• 5 years of management experience in directing a high performance, manufacturing team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements associated with manufacturing
