Customer Excellent Representative (CER) + Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Overview

Join our growing Titanium Technologies (TT) business team as a Customer Excellent Representative (CER) + Supply Chain Coordinator. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan and report directly to the AP Supply Chain Manager. The position will involve handling customer orders, coordinating with local resale and Indent shipments, and working with different team members to resolve problems.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of the position include completing End to End Sales Order Processing (COFP), handling customer orders and shipment follow up, working with Supply Chain on product availability, and preparing inventory to Thailand warehouse. Additionally, the role will involve following up on AR collections, replenishing SKUs level in different warehouses, and monitoring import shipment schedule.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Science, minimum 5 years of Domestic and International Sales Order Processing experience, and 3-4 years of experience in planning role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SAP, good computer application skills, and fluency in Thai, English, and good communication skills.
