Bilingual Referral Coordinator

This role involves working with patients and their families to authorize, schedule, and complete patient visits with specialty care.

Requirements

• Serve as primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing patient referrals
• Facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination of care
• Schedule patients utilizing coordinated provider list (CPL)
• Use web-based insurance platforms to generate referral authorizations
• Provide extraordinary customer service to all internal and external customers
