Requirements
- Maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction
- Direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties
- Leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture
