Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from a nationally accredited school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current, active LPN license to practice in state of employment
- IV Therapy Certification (if required by state's Board of Nursing)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as an LPN
- Minimum 3 years overall clinical experience (preferred)
- Experience working with geriatric patients (a plus)
- EMR system experience (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross (required within first 90 days of employment)
