Membership Growth Consultant

We're looking for a Membership Growth Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. They will also have a strong understanding of negotiation, probing skills, closing skills, and handling objections.

Requirements

• Nurtures, builds and cultivates direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships
• Meets with individual seniors and groups to share the ChenMed value proposition
• Plans, coordinates and executes local events within the community
• Cultivates strong relationships with health plan agents, individual insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers and related community providers
• Partners with community officials, businesses and senior outreach programs to develop initiatives that will drive new patient growth
