Nurse Practitioner

We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Norfolk. You'll be responsible for providing direct patient care in medical centers, nursing homes, and home settings. You'll work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. You'll also be responsible for conducting geriatric assessments, developing nursing plans, and providing education to patients and families.

Requirements

• RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC
• Current DEA number from the DEA for schedule II-V controlled substances
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Practicing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
