Primary Care Physician

ChenMed is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be innovative, entrepreneurial-minded, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include providing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, leading a care team, and participating in risk and quality management programs. The PCP will work closely with center and market leadership to ensure compliance with guidelines and promote patient health and company goals.
