Job Description
We're looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team at ChenMed. As a PCP, you will demonstrate accountability for outcomes, provide coaching for health, and simplify for action. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, managing, educating, and coordinating care for patients with acute and chronic health needs.
