We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly regarded litigation and trial team.
Requirements
- Handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases
- Develop case strategies and theories tailored to client needs
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediations
- Act as second chair during trials
- Maintain consistent client communication
- Supervise and guide paralegal and support staff activities
