Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly regarded litigation and trial team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work alongside one of California's leading trial attorneys, managing a dynamic caseload, engaging in depositions and mediations, and participating in trial proceedings.
Requirements
- Handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases
- Develop case strategies and theories tailored to client needs
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions, including those involving plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses
- Conduct settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediations
- Act as second chair during trials, collaborating with the trial team
- Maintain consistent client communication to provide case updates
- Supervise and guide paralegal and support staff activities
