The School Office Assistant will perform a broad range of administrative, clerical, and support tasks at a school location, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining files.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome visitors to the building
- Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and assist staff, students, parents/guardians, and community members
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff, supervisor, outside representatives, and students
- Organize and maintain file system, including individual education plans (IEPs), student records, and personnel records
