Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the administrative, financial, and coordination aspects of luxury residential construction. The successful candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction and be able to read and interpret construction plans.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel
• Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
