Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Head of Product to lead our product function into the next phase of growth, shaping the product vision, aligning stakeholders, and delivering a platform that hundreds of companies rely on.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Senior product leadership experience at a growth-stage company.
- Hands-on Mentality: Generalist and 'doer' who handles what is required, not just what is expected.
- Ops-Tech Background: Experience in environments where software meets real-world operations (beyond pure-play SaaS).
- Technical Literacy: Technical enough to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
- Proven Track Record: Successfully taken over an existing product function before and leveled it up.
- Effective Communicator: Strong ability to align diverse teams around a shared direction.
- AI Savvy: Clear view on where AI creates actual product value today, backed by features you’ve successfully shipped.
