Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a related field
• Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience
• Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of user pain points and how AI can drive value
• Strong communicator, skilled at using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
• Fluent English and German
• Experience with AI/LLMs or B2B enterprise software (bonus)
