Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure. Must have 1+ year experience in practice. CPR and driver's licenses are also needed
Home Health Aide
CNA license. HS diploma or GED. 1+ year experience (preferred). Pass written exam with 70%+ score
Physical Therapy Assistant
PTA with 1+ year experience & MD State license. Documentation of TB and immunizations required. Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Physical Therapist
1+ year as a PT preferred. MD state license required. TB documentation & immunization cards needed
Occupational Therapist
1+ yr OT exp. OT license req. CPR & Driver's license required. Must have liability insurance of $100k+ per person and $200k per accident
Registered Nurse
Registered nurse preferred, 2-3 yrs experience in home health. Strong communication & computer skills req. TB/Flu documentation and CPR/driver’s license are also needed
