Job Description
The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services in the home setting to patients. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans, as well as teaching patients independent living skills. The role offers a $5,000 sign on bonus.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year practicing as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist from the State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
- CPR certification.
- Driver’s license.
- Liability insurance exceeding $100,000 per person and $200,000 per accident.
