Job Description
Global Medical Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales: Global Medical Staffing Physician Recruiter to recruit and maintain schedules of active physicians working locum tenens with the company. The role involves responding to physician inquiries, negotiating contracts, and facilitating placements into clients.
Requirements
- Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system.
- Professional level written and oral communications skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Experience in provision of customer service.
- Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or services.
- College level education preferred.
- Experience in the health care industry preferred.
