Job Description
CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategic Analytics to build and lead a consulting-grade advisory team within their Data & Analytics division. The team will partner with executive leadership to inform decisions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in a strategy practice or private equity, with a proven track record of delivering pre-decision analysis for executive-level audiences.
Requirements
- Develop in Tableau (or close equivalent)
- High proficiency using SQL in a business context (Snowflake is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of BI best practices, relational data models, and reporting techniques
- Passion for learning, innovation, and solving tough problems with a team's support
- High initiative and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
