Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll be supporting production tracking, administrative tasks, and coordination between internal teams.
Requirements
- Support production tracking and reporting, including metrics monitoring and time variance updates.
- Enter melt tickets, saw returns, and managing metal inventory.
- Perform general administrative and organizational duties to support both operations and executive leadership.
- Create and manage reports, presentations, and communications using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
