Job Description
The School Culture Coordinator will play a critical role in implementing, overseeing, and assessing a holistic culture transformation in CPS's schools, with a focus on reducing violence against school-aged children in Chicago. The coordinator will work closely with key stakeholders to integrate new culture programs, trainings, and resources, and will be responsible for tracking outcomes and assessing the impact of these initiatives.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects as a project lead
- Self-starter, data driven, analytical, and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
