Job Description
The Bilingual Teacher (PreK-3 Spanish) is responsible for instruction, specialized services, and support to students in the bilingual program. The teacher will develop and deliver lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Successful completion of all student teaching requirements
- Illinois State Board of Education issued educator license with a bilingual endorsement
- Knowledge of subject matter consistent with state certification requirements
- Ability to modify instruction to meet student needs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
