Executive Assistant

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Schools in Network 3. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for establishing a respectful and responsive environment for students, parents, and community partners, as well as performing various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Greet visitors and callers
• Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons
• Manage the schedule of meetings, activities, and deadlines
• Prepare and manage payroll, reimbursements, and purchase orders
• Maintain confidential and time-sensitive materials
• Oversee the ordering of office supplies and materials
