Job Description
The Special Education Classroom Assistant assists Special Education teachers in elementary and high schools in reinforcing efforts with children with various disabilities. They will lift and position non-ambulatory students, provide one-on-one tutoring services, and assist students with daily living skills. The assistant will also accompany students to swimming pools and medical clinics, and participate in workshops and in-service training.
