Requirements

• Graduation from high school (or G.E.D. equivalent) supplemented by one year of clerical work experience
• Ability to type 45 words per minute with fewer than 10 errors
• General knowledge of modern clerical office methods, practices, and procedures
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good skill in basic mathematics
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good recordkeeping skills
