8-10 years of newsroom experience, including leadership roles, and a Bachelor's degree in journalism, business, or a related field

4+ years of experience in audience, digital, or editor role at a news outlet or public media station, strong writing skills, and ability to interpret audience data

3+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree, CPA or CPA candidate preferred
