Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator is a shared accounting role that collaborates with Accounting, Human Resources, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and compliant processing of Payroll and Accounts Payable. The role reports to the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator and is responsible for preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The role also reviews, codes, and processes vendor invoices, solicits and processes vendor W-9s and ACH forms, and responds to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS (iSolved preferred), Sage Intacct, and MS Excel
