Job Description
New Restaurant Opening: Avalon Park (FL) OPEN: 04/23. Chick-fil-A Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards.
Requirements
- Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have worked at that location for at least six months
- Have their current employer's support
- Complete the FTS Program Application and Background Check
Benefits
- Paid at an hourly rate of $20
- Daily per diem
- Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
