Job Description
The Field Talent Staff (FTS) program is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards. FTS will develop leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A.
Requirements
- Current employment in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- At least six months of work experience at the current location
- Current employer's support
