Job Description
Chick-fil-A is hiring Field Talent Staff (FTS) to work on new restaurant openings. FTS will train new team members and provide operational support. This is a temporary assignment that can be done part-time. Benefits include a daily per diem and overtime pay.
Requirements
- Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have worked at that location for at least six months
- Have their current employer’s support
- Complete the FTS1 Certification Course within 72 hours
