Field Talent Staff (FTS) program at Chick-fil-A, Inc. for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants and provide operational support.

Requirements

• Must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
• Must have worked at the location for at least six months
• Must have current employer's support
• Must be able to complete a certification course

Benefits

• Paid at an hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments in Washington state)
• Daily per diem
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
