Job Description
Chick-fil-A Supply is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a growing network of Cold Storage facilities servicing both internal and external Distribution customers.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Distribution customers
- Manage customer orders and ensure on-time, in-full order fulfillment
- Identify and remedy issues with customer orders, inventory and inbound/outbound shipments
- Generate and report on KPIs related to distribution performance and customer experience
