Job Description
Join our team as a Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager at Chicken N Pickle, a unique family entertainment complex with a casual restaurant and sports bar. We're looking for a driven and energetic leader to help execute our food and beverage menus, manage BOH operations, and develop the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Coordinate daily Back of House operations
- Supervise food prep, recipe execution, and catering events
- Monitor and develop kitchen teammates
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory
- Control operational costs
- Evaluate the kitchen's areas for improvement
