Join our fashion-obsessed team as an Assistant Store Manager for White House Black Market. We're looking for a leader who can promote a customer and product-focused sales culture, manage sales operations, and drive a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Analyzes sales reports and KPIs
- Executes in-store business and sales strategies
- Controls payroll and supply budget
- Performs and oversees basic operational activities
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and loss prevention policies
- Develops a high-performance culture
- Trains and coaches to ensure selling team is fluent in product knowledge
- Motivates and inspires store team
- Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving
- Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team
- Supports, implements, and provides follow-up for all training programs
- Assesses and coaches store team on performance
